This Privacy Policy explains how Cerdafied Solutions LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use Biz Sidekick and related services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

If you choose to import a document from Google Drive, we request the “drive.file” permission, which grants access only to the specific file you select using the Google Picker. We use that access solely to read the selected file and import its contents as a company document within the Services. We do not access any other files in your Google Drive. The access token is used only to complete the import you requested and is not stored afterward.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google Workspace or Drive data to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

These sub-processors are authorized to use information only as necessary to perform services for us. We do not sell your personal information. We may update this list as our providers change.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, subject to the plan limits described below. You may delete individual documents at any time from the Documents screen. You may delete your account at any time from your profile. Deleting your account permanently removes your account, company information, uploaded documents and stored files, and question history, and cancels any active subscription. Some information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention and recordkeeping.

Document library limits: each plan includes a maximum number of documents and a total storage size. Uploaded files, Google Drive / Google Docs imports, and pasted text all count toward those limits. Individual files may not exceed 25 MB. Current limits appear on the Pricing page and in your Documents screen.

Free-trial retention: if your account is on the free trial (no paid subscription), documents you upload or import — including original files, extracted text, and related search data — are retained for thirty (30) days from the date they were added, then permanently deleted. Upgrading to a paid plan keeps your existing documents without that free-trial expiration while the paid plan remains active. If a paid subscription ends and your account returns to a free tier, your remaining documents become subject to a thirty (30) day grace period and may then be permanently deleted unless you resubscribe. We encourage you to keep your own copies of any materials you upload.

We take commercially reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for classifying data before upload and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise many of these rights directly in the app (for example, editing company info or deleting your account) or by contacting us. We will respond consistent with applicable law.

Please do not upload protected health information, government identifiers, or other highly sensitive personal data unless expressly authorized in writing by the Company. The Services are not offered as HIPAA-compliant unless a separate written agreement is executed.

The Services are intended for business use by individuals who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We operate in the United States, and information may be processed and stored in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. By using the Services, you consent to such processing.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
